INSPIRED BY THE COAST
Our wines reveal the inspiration of the coast, the sea breeze, the colorful landscapes and the sensation of sand underfoot. Isla Negra wines are fresh and easy to drink, capturing the spirit and charm of the coast in every bottle.
Cabernet Sauvignon
All the personality of a Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromas of black fruits and notes of cocoa.
Serve with red meats and mature cheeses.
Rosé
This Rosé is ideal for a hot summer day. It presents aromas of red fruits and cherry. A refreshing and easy to drink wine.
An occasional wine for cocktails and desserts.
Sauvignon Blanc/Chardonnay
A perfectly balanced mix of the two favorite white varieties in the world. Fruity and citrus aromas, with notes of apple and peach. Smooth and balanced flavor, with a fruity finish that delights.
Excellent as an aperitif, with fish and shellfish.
Rosé
LIGHT AND FRUITY
An intense Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, with aromatic notes of red fruits, cherries and plums. Refreshing and smooth on the palate.
Excellent for refreshing appetizers, desserts and fruits.
Chardonnay
VIBRANT AND REFRESHING
An extraordinary Chardonnay, with fruity notes of apple, pear, peach, pineapple and mango. A wine with a fresh and balanced flavor.
A great accompaniment to shellfish and fish, chicken dishes, and pasta with white sauces.
Sauvignon Blanc
FRESH AND SPARKLING
A brilliant Sauvignon Blanc with herbaceous aromas, citrus notes and white peaches. On the palate, it is a light, fresh wine with sparkling acidity.
Enjoy conceviches, fish and shellfish.
Merlot
SOFT AND AROMATIC
A young, intense and seductive Merlot. Fruity and fresh aromas, with notes of toasted wood and vanilla. A juicy and easy to drink wine.
Ideal for white meats, pasta and mature cheeses. It also goes well with lean red meats, preferably baked in the oven.
Cabernet Sauvignon
FRUITY AND INTENSE
A lovely ruby red Cabernet with aromas of red fruits and some notes of vanilla, coffee and chocolate. A smooth wine with a long finish.

CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES
INGREDIENTS
- 250g confectionery chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 250-300g of fresh strawberries
PREPARATION
Wash the strawberries. Put a toothpick in each of them. Mix the chocolate and butter in a double boiler until both are melted. Allow to cool slightly, the chocolate should not harden. Put the strawberries in the mixture and leave on the chocolate until it cools. Leave on a plate until serving.
