- 250g confectionery chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 250-300g of fresh strawberries
PREPARATION
Wash the strawberries. Put a toothpick in each of them. Mix the chocolate and butter in a double boiler until both are melted. Allow to cool slightly, the chocolate should not harden. Put the strawberries in the mixture and leave on the chocolate until it cools. Leave on a plate until serving.
